Two weeks after moving in, I’m already really happy here. The amenities, services, convenience, and comfort at Rosslyn Towers have all been exceptional. Zach and the rest of the leasing team were incredibly kind and responsive, and the front desk staff, including Virgo and Noor, have been so helpful. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. I’d absolutely recommend considering this place.

I liked the huge balcony, my assigned parking, the strong afternoon sun my plant loved, and how easy it was to get to the metro. The hotel access was top tier, though I only got to use it near the end of my lease. The view from my Nash St apartment was great, with the nearby neighborhood, part of the river, 66, and Clara Barton in sight. I also caught several great fireworks displays on the 4th of July. My electric bill was the cheapest I’ve had anywhere in the DMV. For my one bedroom it never topped $45, in summer or winter, and Dominion treated me well here. My biggest day to day frustrations were neighbors. Someone nearby smoked, and even in a pet free building, people had pets. One neighbor’s dog nearly mauled a guy in the hall, then left a huge mess that wrecked the hallway carpet for a couple of days. Emotional support, my cheeks. Young people also sometimes partied loudly well past 10 p.m. Most problems here are probably with neighbors rather than staff. The cost wasn’t my favorite either, though I guess that’s what this area costs. I’d possibly consider coming back if the price dropped enough. Corey Artis was a big help and saved my sanity most days. He’s a people person and would do what I needed, even if I had to remind him a couple of times, Gramps. Others put in effort too, but Corey was who I worked with most. I left a kettlebell behind when I moved, so somebody got workout gear on me. That cost me a star.

Zach made finding the right apartment much easier. He answered all my questions, knew his stuff, and stayed approachable after I moved in whenever something came up. The leasing process felt smooth and low stress because he was responsive and genuinely cared about helping me find a good fit. The complex is well cared for, and its amenities stay clean and accessible. I’ve had a great experience here so far and would recommend the community to others.

The 10th floor is a highlight, with a well-equipped gym, game room with foosball, billiards, and a golf simulator, private work rooms, at least five grills, and a small pool looking out over the Potomac and Georgetown. West-facing apartments get lovely sunsets, and I had no noise complaints. Elevators were remarkably smooth, garage spaces are wide, and the electric charging points are grouped centrally on each floor at an amazing $0.03 per kWh. Packages can be chaotic, though the boxes do eventually turn up. I stayed at Rosslyn Towers for two months while sorting out permanent housing. The location is handy for the local transit hub. If you can afford it, I’d recommend the building.

I was having trouble picturing how my furniture would fit, and Zach started suggesting layouts right there in the unit. He had ideas for the couch, making use of the natural light, and even a little home office nook I hadn’t thought of. That level of care made the walkthrough feel much more helpful than any I’ve had before. I’d come into the leasing office overwhelmed and unsure this place was right for me. Zach made me feel at home from the start, and his knowledge of the neighborhood really stood out. He talked me through local restaurants and coffee shops, parks, grocery stores, and transit. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch, he clearly knows and loves the area, which helped me imagine living here. He was patient, thoughtful, and attentive even when the office was busy. I’m so glad I found the community, and Zach is a huge reason I’m going to move in. If you’re considering it, ask for Zach. Thanks for all the support and hard work.
