Our room was comfortable and just right, and Lisa's breakfast was delicious. Bob and Lisa were such lovely hosts. We only wish we'd had longer to explore the grounds. I'd recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Fresh coffee was ready at 0730, and breakfast at 0900 was wonderful. The meals were 5 star, right along with the inn and the people running it. Bob and Lisa are amazing hosts, and the Inn sits on gorgeous acreage. Take the trails to see buildings from an original homestead from the late 1800. Back at your room, there’s a romantic tub for 2 or a great rain shower. You can also get a massage, sit by the fire, or take in the view from the covered deck.

The food was amazing, and even though I got back really late and was a bad neighbor, hauling myself up to eat it was well worth it. The best thing here is the hospitality. I don't think you'll find better nearby, and the room was better than anything else close by. The property is beautiful, and there's a dog you can walk around it with. I wouldn't call it five stars because of luxury extras or 24 X 7 room service. It's just a great place to stay. I'd recommend it for a romantic break or for anyone visiting the area who wants something nicer than Best Western or La Quinta. Next time, I'll come back with my wife just to enjoy the place.

We couldn't explore the property because of the recent snowstorm, though Bob said there was plenty to see and do there. The next morning, breakfast was more upscale than we'd expected, with poached pears followed by smoked Ham and a soufflé. We'd already picked a dinner spot, and Bob told us we'd made a good choice. He had lots of other recommendations too, thanks to the work he's put into building contacts in town. Bob and Lisa have made a warm, comfortable lodge outside of Arlington. They welcomed us at the front drive, showed us around, and carried our luggage up. The room was lovely, with incredibly soft sheets, a two-person tub, and a rain shower. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable short getaway.

Seriously one of the best B&B's I've stayed at. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, the host is warm and gracious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You won't be disappointed.
