You can’t get work done or watch videos here because the Wi-Fi is unusable and the phone signal is awful. All the rooms have a strong musty smell, a bit like mold or cigarettes, even though they’re supposed to be non-smoking.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk was welcoming and very professional. The rooms were really clean and spacious. Some people complained they weren’t updated, but at a cheaper price I can live with that. You get space, cleanliness, security, a good location, solid movie and TV choices, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend, and thanks for the easy stay.

The place was okay for a last-minute stay, but I wouldn’t call it five stars. Google Maps showed $77, then I was charged $100 when I arrived, even though it was a weeknight.

We were told this was the last room, and with our late schedule it wasn’t practical to find another motel. I was tired and didn’t want to argue with the front desk man about a refund on a non-refundable booking. The room was awful, unlike any I’ve experienced, even at some pretty divey motels. It smelled like disinfectant covering God knows what, and the carpet was soaking wet throughout, so we had to keep our shoes on. The bathroom tile was dangerously slippery for my husband, who has his arm in a cast. The man also added a surcharge for our dogs, even though they stayed kenneled in the van and never came into the room. At least it was quiet apart from road noise, and our van wasn’t broken into. Needless to say, we won’t stay here again.
