I paid almost $300 for four days and asked a simple question: when does room service come by? I wasn’t asking them to clean my room. I know motels handle service differently, sometimes every two or three days, and just wanted to know what to expect. The worker at the front desk got loud and mean with me. I asked why he was speaking to me that way, and I felt he had a nasty attitude and no communication skills with people spending money at the motel. In my heart, I felt he was racist. People are so rude when you’re giving them business. I stay in my room by myself every day, and they don’t see me. The man working at 3 p.m. was very rude and disrespectful.

Don’t bring your kids here. I paid over $100 for one night and found drugs on the bedroom floor. It was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed in months. I asked for a refund and was told no. Unless you’re looking for a sketchy night, stay somewhere else.

The accessible room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of bathroom space and a shower set up just right. Yogesh at the front desk was attentive and really helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to walk to everything, including the Walmart across the street. Our first room smelled strongly of smoke, though the next one was okay. The place was just okay overall. I hope the new owners do a thorough cleaning and improve things.
