We had a really nice stay, even though the reviews had made me hesitate. Our deluxe suite was a decent size, clean, and had a great lake view plus two good-sized TVs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my son loved the water park. It gets very warm in there, so bring water and find ways to cool off. The chlorine smell was strong enough that our eyes started bothering us after a few hours. I was surprised to see newborns kept in there for so long wrapped in blankets, given the heat. We also had fun at the arcade beside the park. The walls are thin and you can hear people, but it quieted down at 10 and that didn't really bother us. The bathtub could use an update. I still thought it was worth the money, and our family had a great trip. I'd recommend it and can't wait to return! :D

AJ made our weekend memorable. She was welcoming from the start, attentive whenever we needed something, and clearly cared about making sure we had a good stay. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. We came with friends for a weekend getaway on February 20th. The resort was in great shape, our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the waterpark kept us entertained. With AJ's help and the atmosphere at Bridge Bay Resort, the whole trip felt easy and memorable. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The worst part was the noise from room 204. Someone started playing guitar around 8:30 at night, woke us at 1:30, and carried on again after a break from 2 to 7. We stayed in room 206 at the summer lake property on 2/14/26. We didn't call the front desk, mostly because they seemed very understaffed for the number of guests, and earlier reviews said staff often couldn't fix these problems. We just got through the night and left as soon as we could. The walls really are paper thin. We could hear full conversations in nearby rooms, and people walking upstairs made our headboard vibrate. The room itself was basic and felt very overpriced at the $188 we paid. The building's internet was like dial-up.

The room's condition was a big letdown. We booked a three-bedroom suite, but the layout felt odd: the king room opens into the living room and kitchen through double doors that don't lock, and there are doors on either side of the living area to two more bedrooms that are really separate hotel rooms. If you'd booked only the king room, being between those adjoining rooms would feel strange. The kitchen chairs were disgusting, the furniture and suite weren't very clean, and we had to hunt for the TV remotes and reconnect the TVs after the previous guests had apparently unplugged things for their own devices. I spent a lot of time scrubbing while staying in with one of my twins. It was off-season, when I thought rooms might get a deep clean. The dishwasher seemed new and was clean inside, but could be pulled straight out of the cabinet. We left after one night, although we'd planned on two, because a storm was coming. If we had liked the resort, we might have stayed a third night to wait it out, but we took the loss and went home. My five- and ten-year-olds would have happily stayed. My husband, I, my 17-year-old son, his 18-year-old girlfriend, and my 15-year-old daughter didn't enjoy it much. We mostly had fun playing games in our room, something we do at home for free. My son and his girlfriend tried the arcade, but games malfunctioned and took their tokens. They reported it at the desk and were told to file a complaint online. The company replied quickly and gave them more tokens. They later took my ten-year-old, and the games seemed to work better for him; he had fun. The pool area was dim and unimpressive, though I may have visited in the evening and don't know if skylights make it brighter during the day. The little kids liked it, but it seemed geared to younger children with little for teens. One of my two-year-old twins enjoyed it; the other cried and found it loud and overwhelming, which is more about their personalities than the resort. There seemed to be two elevators. The one by the lobby took a long time, and we needed it for our wagon even though I'd usually take the stairs. This was my first review of a place I'd stayed. The resort itself was fine, but if you're used to suites in Wisconsin dells or have older teenagers, it may not be the right fit. We were there over Christmas break in bad, foggy weather, so I couldn't see what was around or know what teens might do outside the resort. Google has repeatedly removed this review, so the rest that won't post is in my photos.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice and fairly quiet. If you can, get a suite so you can cook in the room. My only gripe is that some rooms need a bit of upkeep, like fixing caulk and water leaks.
