You can walk straight from your room to the water, and the lake is good for fishing. There's also a heated pool, plus two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The staff are great and help with whatever you need. For water activities they rent boats, jet skis, pontoons, paddle boats, paddle bikes, tubes, and more. You can even fill your boat's tank with gas at the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better family stay!

Room 3 on the main floor had bed bugs. After going here for over 25 years, it sucked to be treated like crap when they found them in my room. We haven't been back since, and my kids still miss it. I wish they'd handled it better.

Those beds need to be more comfortable. I think they've been there for 12 years. Some rooms could also use dehumidifiers.

The kitchenette was cute and pretty well stocked, though I wish the AC could have been set below 72. The room was nice, but given everything to do, you shouldn't need to spend much time inside beyond sleeping. The location worked well as a base for the drives we took, and we rented a pontoon that the family had a blast on. The kids could fish from the docks, swim in the lake or pool, or use the game room. They were busy whenever we were at Triggs. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. It seemed like many people had been coming for years and knew each other. We're hoping to come back!
