Aloha Inn

Thanks for the hospitality. I’m new to the coast and working on relocating, and I had a pleasant stay at a good price. If possible, I’d be interested in booking several days each week for the next month and a half.

I used to think this was a great hotel and have stayed here many times. The rooms are a nice size and comfortable, and they look clean when you first walk in, but management has changed. This morning I woke up to cockroaches all over the place, including in the bed and on the floor. I even found one in my drink. I reported it to the front desk, but the response was that they’d look into it. They didn’t seem very interested in fixing the problem or refunding any of our stay. There was no apology or offer of a refund. It was absolutely disgusting.

We were welcomed with a smile by the Manager as soon as we arrived. He was helpful when I mentioned it was our first time in the area, and his recommendations made for a great time. The place was super clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. Thanks again, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, and the quaint village of Arroyo Grande. The rooms and amenities were clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff are warm, kind, and family oriented, and they made us feel very welcome.
