The room was spacious and modern, with a spotless bathroom stocked with what we needed. The bed was really comfortable, too, and the pillows were just right. We arrived at Hampton Inn in the middle of the night, completely worn out after missed connections, extra flights, and a three-hour drive. The young woman at the desk greeted us so warmly, and when we had to leave before breakfast the next morning, she had two takeaway breakfast bags ready for us. That was such a thoughtful help. Everyone who assisted us was friendly and accommodating, and it was lovely to be welcomed with a smile. Thank you to the front desk ladies, including the mother and daughter, for taking such good care of us. Joe also made breakfast a great start to the next leg of our trip. He was cheerful and seemed happy to connect with guests and hear that they enjoyed the food. We really appreciated all of you, especially during our trip for an important family event.

The receptionist was quick to help, polite, and very cooperative. Our room was clean and well cared for, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had a good stay.

Having a Walmart right next door made it easy to pick up anything we needed. The room was roomy and very clean, with two queen beds, a sofa bed for up to six guests, a large desk area, plus a microwave and refrigerator. The hallways were clean and the carpeting looked new. There’s an indoor pool, and I’m looking forward to trying the hot breakfast in the morning. I’d stay here again if I’m back in the area.

We had no room cleaning for two days, and both the laundry service and gym were out of order. The staff weren’t very helpful, so the stay wasn’t worth it.

The staff were friendly, and the evening cookies absolutely make my day. The hotel was being painted outside, but they told guests where to park so cars wouldn’t be damaged, and there was plenty of parking. One side of the mattress by the other bed had sagged some. And yes, the cookies were a highlight!
