The rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. We had a problem when we first checked in, but Lilith and manager David sorted it out right away. Their kindness and real concern for us moved me to tears. They went so far beyond what I expected. The staff are friendly and understanding, and this is the best extended stay we’ve had. David and Lilth are the best hotel manager and staff I’ve ever met. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend the hotel.

There’s a roomy fridge for groceries and kitchenette space for cooking, which made the spacious room especially useful. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I’ll be back.

I’ve stayed here about three times, and the rooms have been surprisingly decent for $120 a night. It’s roughly 15 minutes from downtown Denver and relatively close to other things, too. I wouldn’t recommend just walking in, though. Make a reservation. After hours, you have to use the house phone outside the lobby to get someone, and it rings for about two minutes before anyone answers. Booking ahead made the process much easier.

I booked a room with my young child, but they said we couldn’t come in until 1 am because of a system audit. When I called to ask about it, the front desk hung up on me twice, and the man refused to give his name. They charged my account but said I couldn’t get a refund until the next day. We couldn’t stay there, so we had to find another place and another Uber. It was a complete waste of time and money. The employees were rude and incompetent, and I wouldn’t stay here again. Don’t trust this hotel or its staff. I’d give it zero stars.
