Berkeley Ocean Front Hotel

The hotel feels elegant without being stuffy, and there are lots of lovely, cozy spots in the common areas to read, work on a laptop, or relax with your partner. We were there for business, and the wedding banquet rooms looked exquisite. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and so sweet to my pup Ozzy Rockstar. Thanks, Laura, Megan, and Dan. We came for the punk rock flea market, which had a cool vibe even though it wasn't especially large. The lobby's whole right side had a rock-and-roll look, with interingvwaal coverings, fake grass, and a steampunk-inspired ballroom where the band played. The recent upgrades look good, and I can see why they'd make improvements with the competition nearby. I didn't stay this time, but I've been here for a few weddings, gigs, Warped Tour, and Skate and Surf. It's a strange place, in an interesting way. I might book a room in the future and see what they're like.

I just got here and have already enjoyed my stay. Imani Ricks has been so friendly and accommodating, and her warm, relaxed personality made my partner and me feel welcome. I wanted to leave this feedback because she's a wonderful employee. Thank you.

From my room to the beach and nightlife, everything was just a short walk away. The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel has a great location, only steps from the beach and Asbury Park boardwalk, so morning walks by the ocean and visits to local shops and restaurants were easy. My room was clean and spacious, with the classic Berkeley charm, and the atmosphere felt relaxed but elegant. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout. They made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and offered recommendations. For a comfortable coastal getaway near the beach with a great team, I highly recommend it.
