It was a quiet, clean, kid friendly stay, and my family enjoyed it. The air conditioner had humidity settings, which helped us dry Coloradans. They also had soap and hair products in the shower, plus beautiful fluffy towels. We rented park avenue lofts for a Christmas vacation in 2020. They emailed promptly with stay information and asked what accommodations we might need, including the number of guests and children, so they could provide enough towels. A few basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, or oil would have been helpful. We bought a few things for the cupboards but didn't need much, and those little items are easy to overlook.

There was plenty of space, and it was a landmark, but the shower wasn't what I expected and the sofas were old. Check in was too late for what we paid. And why did we have to take out the trash ourselves when there's a cleaning fee?

My family, from ages 11 to 79, had a wonderful time here and would come back again. The big, comfortable living room gave everyone room to relax and watch TV, and the kitchen was adorable and ready to use when it was time for food. Both bathrooms were amazing, and the beds were so comfortable and convenient. Thanks for hosting us. It's a breathtaking place to get together and enjoy each other's company, and I'd totally recommend it to my people.

I'm out $300 and haven't been able to get anyone to resolve it. When I call now, the number is disconnected, and I still haven't received my refund after more than a month. The manager contacted me the day after I booked, said the loft I reserved wasn't available because the online listing hadn't been updated, and told me to cancel for a full refund. I had reserved three nights through VRBO. I got scammed.

The place was cool, but the beds were misrepresented. I booked for three adult men after seeing two double beds and a sofa bed advertised. The sofa turned out to be a tiny loveseat, not a pullout. The washer and dryer didn't work, towels weren't cleaned every day, and we had to empty all the trash cans ourselves under the rules. No cable TV either. Horrible service.
