I was there for almost two weeks, and the team treated me with kindness and understood what I needed from check-in onward. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping asked each day what I needed, then took care of it quickly. When I wasn’t feeling well and needed help carrying things to my room, Timothy, Joy, and Mackenzie were very kind. General manager Ms. Debbie also listened to my concerns and helped me find things I needed nearby. The pool was a relaxing way to wind down, and breakfast was delicious every morning, worth getting up a little earlier for. I think I’ve found my place to stay when I visit home. 10 out of 10, I recommend this hotel when visiting Asheboro.

I haven’t stayed here yet, but I contacted the front desk for help and spoke with Tim. He hasn’t been there long, but he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and right on top of everything. That interaction has me looking forward to my short stay. Well done.

Our kids were comfortable here, and the beds were great. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, and the NC Zoo is only about 10 minutes away. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym because our schedule was tight. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. Still, the room needs a major update. It’s worn and outdated, with parts falling apart.

We were charged for an extra night after the manager had personally changed our reservation the night before. She said she had misunderstood, but wouldn’t correct the charge. That’s unacceptable. There were also roaches in the room, cracked tile, and mold in the bathroom. I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off.
