We spent a fabulous weekend here in October, just as the leaves were beginning to turn. Chef Tom’s breakfasts were to die for. Tom and Michelle were wonderfully friendly, shared stories, made sure we had what we needed, and gave us great advice on where to eat. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with everything we needed and then some. We’ll definitely be back.

The bathroom had such a lovely ambience, and breakfast was served in a cute little sunroom. We’re vegan, and she made us a wonderful breakfast that fit our dietary restrictions. Everything was clean and cozy, and there was red and white wine, soda, homemade baked goods, a water cooler, and coffee and tea. We’d certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed a glass of red wine on the porch, and my husband was happy about the free beer. It’s close to downtown, though I’d recommend Uber since parking there can be challenging. The rides were much easier and really cheap, less than $10 each way. We had a wonderful visit with our two children, and the inn was accommodating about their food. Breakfasts were filling and sumptuous, with eggs one day and pancakes the next.

We had an amazing night celebrating my wife’s birthday. The inn is beautiful and centrally located, with delicious breakfast and welcoming hosts. The man can come across a little direct, but that seems to be his personality and doesn’t take away from the great attention he gives guests. The WiFi didn’t work, though our own hotspot got us by. The price could be a bit more accessible, but plenty of people were staying the same night we were.

The Foxglove room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and there was plenty of parking onsite. Breakfast is made fresh each morning, and the hospitality was excellent. I also liked the inn’s decor and the large covered front porch, a nice place to relax.
