Ac Hotel Asheville Biltmore Village

The young woman at reception was especially respectful, helpful, and understanding, and the service was great. Our room felt new, looked clean and well kept, and we didn’t find any downsides. The warm pool was a great extra. A great hotel with great service.

I stayed here last month and had a great stay. Yesterday, though, someone apparently in the early stages of stealing my identity used one of my credit cards at this hotel. I called four times. Twice there was no answer, and twice I spoke with someone at the desk and asked to speak to the manager as soon as possible. She seemed impatient, and I left two different numbers for the manager to call me. Half a day later, I still haven’t heard from anyone. This may not be important to the hotel, but it is to me, and I have plenty of time. In the morning I’ll file a BBB complaint and try to reach someone at the corporate level through LinkedIn or another source. Google is endless in a situation like this. Then I’ll explain to every military installation between the Carolinas and the Mississippi why I consider this an unacceptable establishment for the sons and daughters serving this country. This is unacceptable.

The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute drive to downtown Asheville and just a couple of minutes from I-40, with a Starbucks across the parking lot. The rooms were clean and a good size, and customer service was excellent. There’s a pleasant outdoor seating area, a pool, a jacuzzi, and an inviting lobby with a paid breast option. I’d return.

We loved our stay. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The on-site bar was so convenient, and we had drinks and dinner there both nights since everything else at Biltmore was booked and too noisy. Highly recommend.
