Bunn House - A Boutique Hotel

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and there was plenty of room for guests as well as separate areas for the ceremony and reception. Being able to stay on site was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and had every amenity we needed. We had our wedding here on October 14th, and it was the perfect venue. Ali helped us throughout and was always ready to assist, making everything smooth. I might be biased, but I think it's the best wedding venue in asheville. I can't recommend the bunn house enough!

It's easy to park here without valet or downtown parking fees, and just a short walk gets you into downtown Asheville. The Bunn House is one of our favorite places to stay, with lovely rooms, decor, and amenities. The owners and management are always willing to help. Over the holiday weekend we picked up lunch and dinner from different downtown restaurants and ate by the outdoor chimney, then enjoyed local beer and a game of Cornhole on the lawn. Top notch. Can't wait to return!

The complimentary beer, wine, and snacks waiting when I arrived were a lovely treat. The owners have added so many thoughtful touches to make a stay comfortable, from L'Occitane bathroom amenities to a sound machine built into the wall. The gardens, outdoor patio with its large fireplace, and rooftop terrace are beautiful. I had a wonderful staycation at the Bunn House and would definitely come back or recommend it to friends and family visiting town. It's a great fit if you're looking for solitude.

After busy days exploring Asheville and eating out, The Bunn House felt like a quiet oasis. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became the highlight of the trip. We first planned to book a bed and breakfast, then spotted this place on the map while checking the walk into town. The owners have thought of so many details that guests don't lack for anything. The rooms are beautifully furnished and luxurious, with high-end linens, very comfortable beds, white noise machines, a mini refrigerator and freezer, and large flat screens that aren't intrusive. Each room's little kitchenette is stocked daily with organic granola, ice cream, water, soft drinks, beer, and red and white wine. There are also snacks downstairs to take along for a hike or day trip. The bathroom is gorgeous, the towels are soft, and after hiking, working out, or walking around town, the steam shower and provided robe felt wonderfully pampering. Outside, there are places to sit among grape vines and trees, and a fire is ready to light each night. We used the rooftop terrace every night for the amazing views. We sent a photo to friends and family, who thought they recognized the view from the popular Grove Park Inn. Twinkling lights, a complimentary glass of wine, and a warm blanket made it even better. We met the owner and her daughter and sometimes saw a staff member doing daily room service. They were all gracious and clearly love their work. They also suggested great places for dinner, including Limones, a fabulous local favorite. Their care for creating a luxurious respite shows in every detail. We know exactly where we'll stay next time we're in Asheville. The photo is from the rooftop terrace.
