Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

I stayed at the Hampton with a girlfriend, and we each brought a dog. They made us feel very welcome and were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pets could go almost anywhere in the hotel, except the breakfast room and a few other areas. It’s 3 minutes from the entrance of the Biltmore estates. If you’re traveling with a pet, I highly recommend it. I’ve never felt this welcome at a hotel.

The fresh fruit-infused water at the hydration center was a lovely touch after exploring Asheville. The owner and staff deserve credit for the high standards and real hospitality here. This Hampton Inn & Suites in Asheville Biltmore Village changed my mind about Hampton Inns. I’ve had mixed experiences at other locations, which often felt a bit lower-end within the Hilton family, so I was skeptical at first. I stayed Oct1– October 3, and everything felt cozy, welcoming, and spotless from check-in on. I usually bring my own cleaning bag, but didn’t need it. I couldn’t find a speck of dust or dirt. Housekeeping deserves applause for keeping every room immaculate. I even wiped behind the headboard to test it and found no dust. Whoever trained the housekeeping team should teach every Hilton property their methods. This place deserves a mic drop!

A pleasant surprise, this is one of the better managed Hampton Inns. The room was excellent and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious with everything well arranged. The only disappointment was the coffee, both in the lobby and in the room.

The fruit-infused water they offered each day was my favorite part. Staff were consistently pleasant and ready to help, and the hotel was clean and nice. It’s well located, not far from the Biltmore Estates or the conference I attended. Breakfast choices were decent, too. I’d definitely recommend this location.
