The shuttle was flexible, the airport was a short drive away, and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I was traveling for work and really liked having a kitchenette, though the dishwasher and dishes were pretty gross, so I’d wash everything before using the plates. I meant to take more room photos but forgot. The pillows were thin and gave me a headache, in my opinion.

I left in the middle of the night because I no longer felt safe staying there alone. I travel by myself for work often, and this was one of the few hotel stays that made me genuinely uneasy. Earlier that evening, a couple opened my door, apparently after being assigned or directed to the wrong room. Luckily, I had the safety latch on. Later, several people tried my door again. Maybe it was confusion, maybe something else, but after that I had no confidence that room access and guest safety were being handled carefully. I know mistakes happen, and I’m not trying to be dramatic or unfair. Still, feeling secure in your room matters enormously, especially for women traveling alone. I hope management takes room assignments and security procedures seriously.

My employer booked rooms for more than 20 of us at this Suites for over two weeks, and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious, with lots of cabinets and amenities. Housekeeping, the front desk, shuttle driver, and breakfast staff were all amazing. Raiven and Victoria gave especially wonderful service.

The location is hard to beat: restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers are all walkable, and even the Asheville airport is close enough to reach on foot. I had a quiet, comfortable stay in a clean hotel, and the beds were super comfy. Free coffee available any time was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
