The Elizabethan Room had a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. Anna also gave us helpful advice about where to park downtown. After a play in town, we had a lovely glass of port in the foyer, then a filling, beautifully made farm-fresh breakfast and espresso from the guest machine the next morning. The safe, spacious parking lot was a reassuring first impression, and we loved the vintage furnishings and places to sit and chat, by the fireplace, on the covered patio, or around the long shared dining table. Anna & Brian have made a beautiful setting. It reminded me of B&Bs I've visited in the Cotswolds, England. Simply lovely.

The hosts are so warm and welcoming, and the home is immaculate. There are tasty cookies, high-quality toiletries, room to gather, and every little need seems to have been thought through. This is by far the loveliest B&B we've seen in Ashland. It really embodies hospitality.

Anna and Brian clearly love being innkeepers, and Anna even managed to fit us into her favorite restaurant at short notice after sharing useful planning tips. Our Lavender Room was cozy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked each morning, and we could have it indoors or in the beautiful garden. We had an extremely lovely stay at Oak Hill. Thank you for the hospitality, Anna. You're our No. 1 innkeeper from six weeks of travel.

We wouldn't come to Ashland without staying at Oak Hill and visiting Anna and Brian. They're warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The inn is a little under two miles from downtown, with easy bus access or a walk that isn't bad. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the living room is a nice spot to relax and chat with other guests. Outside there's a lovely garden and comfortable swings. Breakfasts are unique, delicious, plentiful, and have options for dietary restrictions. The afternoon cookies are a yummy treat too.

We had a short but lovely stay in the Grizzly Peak room at the Oak Hill B&B. The innkeepers, Brian and Anna, made things nice for me and my family. After breakfast, we enjoyed a walk in the backyard garden, and the fresh breakfast and coffee that morning really hit the spot.
