We spent a month at the Pelton with our two kids, and it was the best experience ever. The garden was heaven for them, and they loved playing outside. We also enjoyed meeting guests in the other units. The Coop is only half a block away, which was super convenient, and the digital key code meant we didn't have to worry about forgetting a key. Our host was a lovely lady, always available when we needed anything. We stayed in the Villa and Wood suite, both clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The location is beautiful. It was a six-star vacation rental, and we'd do it again!

We like a stay that's comfortable, easy, and private, and Pelton House delivers exactly that. This time we tried the Earth Suite, and the king bed and hot tub were a welcome choice. It was another lovely Valentine's Day and birthday weekend in Ashland. Lynn was great to communicate with and even offered to add some birthday flair 🎈 to surprise my husband. We love the Co-Op a block away, the nearby restaurants, and the character of both Ashland and Pelton House. It's easy to walk just about anywhere in town. Thanks for your hospitality and the extra touches. See you next time!

We loved the quaint carriage house during our transition to Oregon. The Earth room felt warm and inviting, with its courtyard and hot tub. Lynn was a fantastic, attentive host and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

The location is hard to beat. After a long day exploring downtown Ashland, the clean hot tub was perfect. The bed was cozy and comfortable, and the room was spotless. We had an amazing stay at the Pelton House.

The Pelton House felt like home, and it's the only place I'd stay in Ashland. Lynn took great care of us during our three nights in Earth last October. She let us check in early, met us for a property tour, and gave us a local map and a Shakespeare show schedule. When we ran out of towels the morning after our first night, I called and she brought fresh ones within 20 minutes. The grounds are beautiful, with towering trees overhead and a hammock swing big enough for two to lie in comfortably. Parking is on site, and although the property is tucked quietly along a side street, downtown is close enough to enjoy without a car. We used the very clean, relaxing outdoor hot tub every night after walking around town. In the room, we had bottled water, fresh apples and bananas, a large shower, bathtub, coffee pot and coffee, a mini fridge at no extra cost, TV, Wi-Fi, hot tub, enclosed back patio with table and chairs, and a king bed. The room was spotless, and the housekeepers know how to make guests feel welcome.
