The little in-room pour-over coffee setup was a nice touch, and the WiFi worked great. We slept really well too, with a comfortable bed and super cozy bedding. The bathrooms have been updated and look very nice. We stayed for two nights on our recent coast trip and were happy with it. 10/10, would recommend!

We could walk to the shops, Lithia Park, and the OSF show we came to see, so the location was just right. We stayed in the Garden Suite, which felt charming and very comfortable. Sugar was a friendly host to chat with and checked in to see that we had everything we needed. Really glad we found this place.

Sugar was such a great hostess, and I had a lovely time. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lovely front porch for morning coffee. Downtown shops, theaters, and restaurants were an easy walk away. I loved staying here and have told friends about it. Thanks, Sugar!

Sugar was gracious and quick to answer all our questions about the property and Ashland. The 2nd Street Cottages are only steps from downtown, with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and the CO-OP nearby to stock the fully equipped kitchen. The property itself is beautiful and spacious. I wish we could give it 100 stars.

It was so peaceful, whether we were sleeping or sitting out on the front porch. The cottages are a rare mix of quiet and easy access to everything, with the Theatre, Park, Downtown, restaurants, and Armory all walkable. Definitely a great spot!
