Home2 Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

All the team members were kind and helpful, and the free shuttle was fantastic. It can take you pretty much anywhere you want to go, so I never had to drive myself. There's also a heated garage with quite a few parking spots. I stayed a week and had a great experience. The room was really nice, with a good kitchen and skillets you can borrow. Breakfast was solid, and coffee, tea and water, including bottled water, were available all day. If I have to come back to Mayo, I'll definitely stay here again. Shout-out to the Tims for being so amazing!

For our 42nd anniversary, I surprised my husband with an overnight stay at Home2 Suites. The staff were wonderful and helped me arrange it. They decorated the room with rose petals on the bed, tea lights around the room, chocolates, roses, and an anniversary card. It was comfortable, and breakfast had lots of choices. I'd recommend the staff and encourage anyone to stay at Home 2 Suites!

The underground parking and full-size fridge in the room were great, and the hotel was very clean. The woman working the morning we checked out wasn't very pleasant. Still, it was a good stay and I'd come back.

We had a really comfortable bed, a huge TV, and everything in the room worked. The rooms were clean and modern, with kitchenettes we used after buying groceries at nearby Trader Joe's. Hy-Vee and Walgreens are also close. The pool and gym are on the first floor. Parking is plentiful near the entrance, and there's underground parking too. A trail for walking and biking runs beside the hotel along the Zumbro River. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the Belgian waffles, and the front desk staff went out of their way to welcome everyone. Mayo shuttle drivers were kind, and it's about 15 minutes to the Gonda Building. There was free bottled water and Granny Smith apples by the desk all the time, plus coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate in the lobby. Snacks and other drinks were in the cooler. Panera is across the parking lot, and there are plenty of nice restaurants a short drive away. We were very happy with our week there. The only downsides were low water pressure, water that was oppressively soft, and a somewhat limited TV channel selection.
