For one night at $90, I’d definitely recommend it. It was the best hotel I stayed at on my 2,500-mile round trip. Everything in the room worked, the bed was big and comfortable, there were plenty of towels and soap and shampoo, the TV was good quality with an HDMI connection for a laptop or game console, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The customer service was great too. It was cleaner than the more expensive Americinn I’d stayed at in Iowa the night before. The building is newer, though some work was happening on the third floor. It wasn’t too much of a bother. The dryer barely dried my clothes, and with only one washer and dryer, you have to wait. The soda machine was out of order. The location could be better: it’s near an airport but seven minutes from the closest gas station. There’s a place to eat behind the hotel.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were nice, with extras provided. The staff were all pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the eggs were tasty, the coffee was good, and the area was clean. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We reported it when leaving, so hopefully it’ll be fixed before the next guest. We used the lobby restrooms instead. The ladies’ room was perfect, but the men’s room was dirty and smelly.

I stay in hotels all the time for work, and this is easily the best AmericInn I’ve visited. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The place was spotless, and it smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. You can tell they take pride in keeping things clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, highly recommend it.

The updates are nice, and breakfast had good options and was very good. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. My only issue was the tub drained so slowly during a shower that it felt like I was standing in a foot of water. Apart from that, I was very satisfied.

We had a quiet, spacious, clean two-queen suite for three adults and a dog. The shower had good water pressure, and breakfast was nice. It’s conveniently located off I90. We’d stay again.
