Although the staff were extremely nice, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The property looks run down and doesn't look like the pictures. Our flight was delayed, so we got there around midnight. There were police outside, responding to something that had just happened. In our room, we found a guest who was already checked in and asleep, along with her screaming dog, which charged at us barking. The front desk woman apologized and said the system showed the room as vacant. She moved us to another room, but that key card didn't work either. For the rest of the trip, whenever we left, we had to stop at the desk to be let back in. I only got a working key card the evening before checkout. She said she'd tell her manager about the incident and that I'd get a refund for one night, which I'm still waiting for.

Located in northwest Greece on Central Park Drive, this place offers extended stays at a reasonable rate for people relocating on a tight budget, as well as emergency housing for people experiencing homelessness. It could use better security, clearer and stricter ground rules, improved curb appeal, and a thorough cleaning inside and out.

The staff are professional and polite, and the rooms are average and quiet. Some guests have essentially moved in because longer stays are allowed. They've all been friendly, though sometimes people gather out front to smoke, which can make the place look unsafe even though it is safe. It's pet friendly, which is great, and I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the hotel reeked of smoke so badly I couldn't breathe or sleep for most of the night. It was disgusting, and I had to wash my clothes several times to get the smell out. I got up early and went to work from Starbucks because I couldn't take it anymore. I'll never stay at this property again. Don't stay here unless you're a chain smoker and don't mind the smell.
