After an issue came up in our room on the first night, the manager on duty handled it with real care and precision. The GM even called me personally to make sure it was resolved. You don’t get that kind of communication much anymore. Things happen, and most hotels could care less. We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The suite was great, the bed comfy, and the hotel was spotless and well appointed. The restaurant was good too. Thanks to Ignaicio, Tanner, Kevin, and the night staff for handling everything with care. We’ll stay here again when visiting Rochester. There’s no better property in town. Do yourself a favor and book here!

Lila's Restaurant is really good, and the homemade chips and pickles are delicious. It’s a great area, and the staff are super kind. The gym and pool look clean. Our room on the second floor wasn’t cleaned well. The mirrors were dirty, there was a used qtip on the bathroom floor, and one pillow smelled funky. I know staff don’t always get enough time to clean. Thankfully, the bed was mostly clean.

The pool is perfect for little ones, with a big shallow end, and the hotel is right across the street from the Strong Museum, which is why we visit Rochester. It adds to the fun every time. Front desk staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. This is hands down our favorite hotel in the Rochester area after staying at quite a few. It’s clean, friendly, modern, and fresh. 10/10 recommended.

The only downside is that the hotel parking lot is small. Everything else was great: it’s beautiful and well maintained, the front desk staff were professional, polite, and attentive, and breakfast was great. Lila's restaurant is top notch, and the lounge is super cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Great job!

We’ve been trying different hotels and AirBnBs in Rochester for the last 4 years while our son attends college here. I’m sorry it took us so long to find this one. It’s lovely, super clean, comfortable, and has a nice reception. The location is great, parking is free, and there’s EV charging if you need it.
