The one thing that cost them a star was the lack of elevators, which is a real problem for people with disabilities like me. I wish they made that clearer in the listing. The reception team was friendly, and the room decor was cute. The lobby and breakfast areas looked nice too. I was fasting for a medical procedure, so I didn't try the breakfast, but they had yogurt, coffee, juice, toast, and what looked like a waffle or pancake maker.

Aaron was good, but around 11 in the morning she kicked me out. I told her I was waiting for my boss to decide whether I could stay another night, which I would have done, but she wouldn't give me any extra time.

We stayed three months, and our room was never cleaned once. They don't clean rooms during a longer stay unless you ask, and even then it might not happen. One person at the front desk also complains when you ask for towels or other things. She's rude, not personable, and goes out of her way to make you uncomfortable. I once saw her changing the coffee creamer and putting her dirty hands into the bottle. Freaking gross. Not a great place if you're staying more than a few nights.

I was very disappointed with the stay and wouldn't return or recommend the hotel. The overnight staff were disrespectful, rude, and demeaning, and nobody asked how our stay was when we checked out. Our room had a ripped, very dirty chair and smelled of stale smoke, so I asked to move. There was also some sketchy activity: room doors left ajar, people coming and going, and rooms being assigned when they were already occupied. We couldn't watch TV because it kept lagging and losing reception.
