Everhome Suites Rochester Greece

David stood out for being professional, considerate, and knowledgeable about the area. Whenever I needed help or had a question, he and the rest of the staff handled it quickly and cheerfully. Everyone was welcoming and attentive from check-in through check-out, and clearly takes pride in doing the job well. I was impressed by the staff and would gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel.

Tatianna made booking a hotel feel easy. She communicated clearly and quickly throughout, handled all the details efficiently, and kept the whole process professional and stress-free. I appreciated her help and would work with her again. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs help booking a hotel.

My siblings and I came to town for a funeral at the last minute, and Rodney and David took great care of us when we arrived. They made the stay as pleasant as they could, and everyone we met was extremely friendly. We were lucky to find this place. It's the only hotel in Rochester we'll stay at.

I've stayed here several times, including a couple of long visits, and the people are a huge part of why I'd come back. The staff are kind, relaxed, and quick to help, whether they're doing janitorial work, at the desk at 4 AM, or helping me with something I should've figured out myself. Rodney, the manager, especially stands out. Talking with him feels like being welcomed by a host, not just another hotel guest. He's respectful and professional, gives you his full attention, and handles things quickly. I've lost my key card plenty of times, and he's always helped. I've also seen him treat people just as well when they were waiting behind someone else. The rooms are great for relaxing, with comfortable beds and nice pillows. They have everything I need, almost like a full apartment. I like the blackout curtains, too: the double layer lets you block the view while still letting light in. There's a small grocery shop with food and other travel essentials, open anytime with an easy self-checkout. I've probably eaten an unwise amount of ice cream there. The laundry room is clean and has lots of machines that work well. There's a lot of convenience right in the hotel, and BJ's is so close you can see it and walk over. I've probably rambled enough, but I really do think the staff and rooms are great. 10/10, I'd absolutely stay again.
