I found what looked like evidence of bed bugs. There were stains all over, the drawers were held together with duct tape, and the toilet seat was chipped and stained. The bed had patches on it, too. I was shocked they charged money for a place like this. Management was rude and wouldn't give me a copy of the contract. Any positive review here is obviously fake.

The TV wasn't working properly, and the attendant came in to try to fix it but couldn't. Staff were rude and not very personable. The room itself wasn't great either: stiff bed, one flat pillow and one lumpy one, scratchy towels, and carpet that felt old. The place was subpar. I'd look elsewhere unless, like us, you have to stay here.

It wasn't too bad, just a basic setup with older furniture. The rooms were dark, and the air had a sort of sex and stale-smoke smell.

It's a budget hotel, and the location worked well for a quick drive to attractions and Lake Erie. I booked online on the way to Ashtabula, but when we arrived they tried to charge more and upsell us while we were checking in. Fine if you're looking for somewhere cheap.
