We spent a week in #105. It was fine, though not perfect, which is pretty typical of a rental condo. There wasn't much going on in January, and the pool was right behind my bedroom. The bathroom was nice, but the shower wand has definitely seen better days. The dishwasher worked, though it isn't secured to the cabinet and tips forward when you open it. In the living room, some electrical outlets didn't work. The TV had full cable and was good. The coffee maker works, but I couldn't set the brew time because some buttons weren't working right. FYI, this unit takes V filters. The back of the bathroom door by the storage closet is burned, apparently from the cleaning crew repeatedly propping it open while the electric heat was on. Maybe the owners could add a metal kick plate to protect it? $15 could prevent a fire. ;)

The unit could use some updating, but it was clean and the maintenance people were very accommodating. Frias had everything organized for our stay, and we liked the shuttle service. Overall, a good experience.

I called about getting a crib and the concierge was rude when telling me it costs $10 a day. After spending so much already, being asked for more money before we even arrived felt like a scam. I've traveled a lot with my kids and never had to pay for a crib. I'd have been less upset about the charge if they'd explained it professionally. People in customer service are usually service-minded, but the person we dealt with seemed set on being as rude as possible. Terrible service.

Frias Properties is ruining the Aspen experience. This company seems to care only about money, renting to drunk, obnoxious people in a residential area and wrecking the peace of owning a home in Aspen. Shame on you. High-end? No way!

The apartments are on the small side, but the location is good. A decent complex on Airbnb.
