The noise was the worst part of our stay in unit 43 over New Year's Eve week 2026. For several nights, sounds from upstairs kept waking us, and the thin ceilings and walls carried every step and movement. We couldn't sleep. We contacted someone about it, but this is a basic problem the property shouldn't have in the first place. It felt like keeping units occupied mattered more than guests being able to rest. The unit may look all right, but I found it completely unlivable because of the noise. If you want a quiet, comfortable stay, I wouldn't book here. I wouldn't return, and I'd warn others to expect significant noise.

Sitting on the porch by the river and relaxing was the best. Really loved this place.

We had a decent two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It was clean, though old, and pretty dark inside. The location was lovely, with an easy walk into town and a beautiful view. The sound of the Roaring Fork River right below was so relaxing. I do wish there had been a choice of pillows, since the only ones provided were really thick and fluffy.

The washer and dryer were handy, and they left a few detergent packs. There was some cooking equipment, but no coffee grinder, and you'll need to bring food, spices, oils, and the rest yourself. The room humidifier didn't work. For the fireplace there were just two logs and some very old firestarters that didn't work, so bring wood and fire tools if you want a fire. The ski lockers felt about 50% too small, and there were no speakers with a 3.5mm jack for phone music. At night, trucks passing by were loud, and the semi-transparent shades let in too much light. At least the slopes are close, about an 8 minute walk.

It's a great condo in a handy spot, an easy walk to downtown Aspen. I took off a star because the property manager was short on everyday basics, like dish towels, salt and pepper, and about a dozen other little things you wouldn't pack for a trip.
