Brandon, one of the managers, greeted me personally at the pool deck or patio each day to make sure I was taken care of. That extra attention, along with the help John and Ana on the concierge staff gave me with everything, made my birthday stay a five-star experience. I'll be back in April. Highly recommend!

For our 20th anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The rooms were impeccable, and Joseph on the concierge team was especially helpful. The service is the best in Aspen and the location can't be beat. We've stayed at several Aspen hotels over the years, but from now on I can't imagine choosing anywhere besides the Residences at The Little Nell. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing Aspen honeymoon at the residences. Jason was fantastic and made us feel he could help with anything, from a room change to restaurant suggestions. The room was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, and I can't think of an amenity that fell short. I even want to buy the bedding and towels for home. The gym was well equipped and just as clean. Since there aren't many rooms, we could enjoy the cozy living room, gym, and rooftop pool deck without many other people around. Chica, the restaurant on the deck overlooking the gondola, was a fun hip spot for apres right downstairs. The complimentary lobby breakfast and happy hour were nice touches. It's 5-star+++ service, comfort, and location.

What a frustrating first stay. I expected A+ service and amenities after hearing Little Nell was THE place to stay in Aspen, but the valet wrecked my car. They gave me a contact number to sort it out, and more than two months later I'm still dealing with insurance hoops. I live in Denver, and I can't find a collision center that will take their insurance. Little Nell kept asking what they could do, but every time I asked for help, I got the same response: sorry, they couldn't help, would I like chocolates or wine? The best option I've found is a body shop that might fit me in two months from now, followed by another couple of months without a car. It's a huge headache, and I expected more ownership and support from such a high-end hotel and residence. If you're deciding where to stay in Aspen, I highly recommend St. Regis. I've never had a bad experience there.
