Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa

My mother and I had a “girls staycation” here and give it 5 stars. We loved our huge room and its beautiful view of the bridge and water. The rooms are clean and modern, the amenities are great, and the staff are wonderful. We didn't get to try the spa, but we will next time. The daily bar voucher was a nice touch.

The room was cozy, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff were super friendly. We had bar vouchers for each night included with our booking, which made for a nice way to wind down. They've thought of all kinds of details, like binoculars for watching the ships and maybe spotting wildlife. Breakfast was excellent too. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

We were in a corner suite for a birthday celebration and got all kinds of weather. Being right over the water during a storm was special, and taking the direct hit as it rolled in was exciting. We still felt safe and sound. The rooms are solid, and the wall of windows held up to it all. The views can't be beat. The breakfast bar and evening bar were just right when we didn't want to go out. Watching the cruise ship disembark was fun too. Everyone has to walk past the hotel driveway, and we wondered if they knew how far they'd have to walk to reach downtown. Still, everyone seemed happy. The employees were friendly and helpful.

We had a waterfront room on the first level and woke up to light on the water and bridge. We saw seals just outside the balcony, ships going by, and seagulls. It was really nice and quiet, and the staff were incredibly kind. They clearly love working there. The bathtub was divine, and they had bath salts to use, plus fluffy white robes and slippers. The lobby has a gorgeous interior, high ceilings, and nice windows. Breakfast was complimentary, with chef-made omelets, fresh coffee, Belgian waffles, and all the works. We also got a $25 bar voucher and brought tasty drinks back to the room. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.
