The Inn at 515 15th

After a night out in Astoria, we came back to a well-stocked snack and drink machine and a big, cozy memory foam bed. The noise was minimal. Our main complaint was the housekeeper making sure we knew checkout time, which felt a little early, though given our choices the night before, we grudgingly got up and made coffee. There was a fresh pack of double chocolate muffins waiting in the kitchenette, too. We’d booked at the last minute on NYE for a very reasonable price and expected to pay for our poor planning, but the stay was much more comfortable than we’d thought. The manager welcomed us, explained the keypad entry (give it a second to unlock), and mentioned the guest refreshments. It took us about 45 seconds to find the kitchenette, with a fridge, microwave, coffee, oatmeal, fruit, and Costco double chocolate chip muffins. Don’t believe the review a few spots down, girl, all you had to do was look around for a minute. The bathrooms were spacious, luxe, and clean, and the room was plenty big for one night. There’s also a lounge with lots of seats, books, and games, but we didn’t get to use it since we were only there overnight and went out on the town. 5/5, would stay again.
