There were roaches all over the bathroom, no Wi-Fi, and barely one bar of phone service anywhere in the apartment. They said they needed to get a Wi-Fi box or something from another unit, then never followed up. The whole complex was noisy and hard to get around, with only one working elevator and lots of people waiting. They also claimed the pool was open when I asked before booking, but it wasn’t. You can’t even enter through the front doors because they hide that they aren’t allowed to rent out the BnB. Honestly one of my worst stays. The customer service was terrible. I had a booking issue and messaged several times over a week without getting a reply. I was told I could check in early because my flight was at 9 a.m., then found out just minutes before check-in that I couldn’t. When I raised my concerns, all I got was, “sorry you feel that way.” I don’t know if we were treated this way because we were Black, but that crossed my mind. Save your money and book somewhere else.
