Mr. Nolawe was wonderful with the valet service. I had several heavy boxes, and he offered to load them into my car and did a great job. He had a great attitude and disposition. He’s a great young man, and I really appreciate all he did. Many thanks to him!

😇Angel was friendly, respectful, and fixed everything. I was right about what I’d said, and she showed that Aida hadn’t taken the time to check the information properly. We need more people like Angel at check-in. My morning started at a very nice hotel that I think is a little overpriced. Some things in my room didn’t work, but I won’t get into them because that doesn’t mean every room has the same issue. The worst service rep was Aida. She was rude and embarrassed me while checking me in, tried to overcharge me, and didn’t help correctly. After 30 minutes trying to call customer service, I talked to another rep, 😇Angel, who really was an angel. After the headache and humiliation with Aida, I don’t know if I’ll keep going to Hilton. Worst experience ever.

We travel once or twice a month, and it’s almost impossible to find a hotel that’s both affordable and good quality. Embassy Suites Buckhead managed both. We had a nice stay, and the room was extremely clean, well managed, and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast before heading out. The staff made the biggest impression. The valet greeted us with a big smile, and three people behind the desk immediately helped. Our dates were wrong, so they fixed them and offered us a complimentary bar drink while the online system connected. The bartender was fantastic. We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Breanna, Devon, and Angel were the ones we remembered. Cheers to them!

The stay was great, and valet was a lifesaver with the tight self-parking garage. Venecia and the whole valet crew took great care of us. Every interaction with the employees was five-star, especially at the front desk and with the bartender.
