Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead

We stayed five nights and requested at least one room cleaning, but it was never done, even after repeated requests. Their policy says rooms are supposed to be cleaned every other day. Staff lied to us every time, and the bedding and room were dirty. There’s also construction right outside. They don’t care about guests’ experience. I don’t recommend it.

I wouldn’t have written a review if I hadn’t met Katrina at the front desk late on a Saturday. The hotel was oversold on Valentine’s Day, and she treated guests with patience, kindness, professionalism, and generosity. I wanted her to be recognized for going above and beyond in a difficult situation.

Restaurants and MARTA are easy to get to, which is a real plus. The front desk team is top tier. I dealt most with Diamon and Katrina, and both went out of their way for me and the other guests. Housekeeping also does a great job keeping the hotel sanitary. Everyone was friendly, with beautiful smiles and real professionalism. Thank you to the people who gave such thoughtful care and hospitality. I see you, and I appreciate you.

The room’s bedding was comfortable, though it looked dated and had a few small stains and tears. The staff were friendly, too. But the bathroom mold was my biggest concern: there were visible spots on the ceiling and a lot of growth on the vent. That raises serious health concerns and makes me question housekeeping standards. Compared with other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, this property fell short. It looks worn and in need of renovation.
