Tay, Kristen, Ms. V, and Tim from valet made a real difference for me. Tay’s communication was clear and kind, and he handled even hectic moments with a calm confidence. He answered questions, helped with requests, and made me feel welcome. Kristen was warm and personable, and made check-in and the day-to-day interactions easy. Ms. V greeted guests attentively, and Tim was consistently courteous, quick, and professional. They all showed the care and dependability I expect from good hospitality. The reason these employees stood out is that management has become so lackluster. There’s little sense of leadership, structure, or accountability, and the disorganization spills into the guest experience. The front desk team, especially TAY, Kristen, and Ms. V, handled situations that shouldn’t have been left to them, with patience and genuine kindness. They were the saving grace of my stay. I’ve stayed here before, and the property itself could be enjoyable, but it’s disappointing to see its potential undermined by poor management. Until management addresses the lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you’re ready for frustration and disorganization, however hard the good staff work to make things right.

For the location, the hotel is affordable, and the front desk staff were very kind, helpful, and extremely nice. That was the best part of my stay with my dogs. Parking was valet only and cost $30, and the pet fee was $75 even though the site listed $50. The room also had several problems: outside noise came through at night as if the window were open, the fridge didn’t work and had no freezer, there was no microwave, and the shower pressure and water control were both poor. They promise coffee and tea 24 hours a day, but it was gone during breakfast, even after I asked them to refill the machine. Usually hotels have a side entrance for dogs, but here that door was controlled by an alarm.

The front desk team, especially Tayy, were so kind and hospitable that I wanted to mention it. The location and service were helpful, and the hotel served its purpose. It could use some upkeep, though. The patchwork on my bathroom ceiling looked awful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was reasonably good. The property and rooms were clean, though tired and ready for a refresh. It’s not near MARTA, so getting downtown means using a rideshare. I don’t mind paying for parking, but $30 to park on-site seems steep, more like a profit-making gotcha than an amenity or service.
