I booked an apartment in this building through Expedia (hotels), but it was very dirty and not in a condition to be offered. One room smelled strongly of marijuana smoke, so my children slept on a sofa. A toilet wasn’t working properly, and another car was in the assigned parking spot. I had nowhere to park my vehicle. I reported all of this to the property management, but they didn’t care. Things were so bad and uncomfortable that I had to leave after only 15 hours, even though I’d booked three days. Management refused to give me a partial refund. They play with clients’ rights and money without any shame.

The staff responded quickly, and the place felt secure with several locked doors. The lobby coffee was a welcome touch, and the rooms were nicely decorated. It’s directly across from a hospital, too. I had run out of hotel options, and this turned out to be a great choice that made the stay feel a little luxurious. Thanks!

Parking was the one hassle. We eventually found an inexpensive lot, paid the daily rate, and used Uber to get around. The apartment itself was clean, roomy, and well placed, and we felt safe there. The host kept in touch throughout. I came with three close friends for a girls’ weekend in ATL, and we had a great time. I’d stay here again.

We had to find somewhere else to stay because our assigned parking spot was taken. The apartment was also filthy when we arrived, with a sticky floor, a cigarette wrapper, and a bad smell. It looked like hardly anything had been cleaned. We weren’t refunded for the nights we didn’t stay or for the condition of the apartment. I can’t recommend it.

The staff were really accommodating, and the location put us close to loads of good places to eat. Inside, it was stylish and very clean, with everything we needed. We’d happily stay again.
