The security here gave me peace of mind. Staff patrolled late into the evening, and there are cameras throughout the property. The parking lot was busy on a Thursday night, but the measures seemed to discourage theft. I’d still try to leave as little as possible in the car. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near key places, including the airport. The snack bar and fridge were well stocked with some unusual, enjoyable items. In Atlanta, it can be hard to find a quality hotel, and this one felt like a welcome change. It offers good value for a secure stay, and I’d recommend it.

My first night here was awful. The bedding was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and they didn’t have towels when I needed to bathe, so I had to go buy my own at Walmart. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff were somewhat friendly, but this has been my worst hotel stay so far and I won’t be back.

I had a wedding to attend and couldn’t move to another hotel. The next day I asked to switch rooms because mine hadn’t been cleaned, but the General Manager wanted to refund me and have me leave, as if the dirty room were my fault. That first night I’d already told the front desk and spoken directly with the manager. Housekeeping had left for the day, she explained. I asked for clean sheets and pillowcases because the bedding was dirty and covered in hair. The whole experience felt very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this hotel.

If you drive a pickup, I’d advise staying elsewhere. My truck was broken into, along with several others, and this was the second time it happened to me. I won’t give it another chance. Don’t leave valuables in a vehicle here, or you may end up replacing a side window and, in my case, the door too. It’s happening at other hotels in the area as well.
