Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead

Pearl was gracious and attentive, and made sure I was well accommodated. The management team really goes above and beyond for guests, and that comes through in every interaction. I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place and highly recommend it.

Parking was easy even in busy Buckhead, and the room was great. One thing to know is the bar is tiny and right by the check-in desk, not in its own area. Food options are much more limited than the website suggests. The staff did help us find a quick bite before our event, though, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you have time. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and welcoming.

We had such a good stay Friday night for a wedding that we came back again on Sunday. The staff made the difference, especially Martha. We wish her the best as she works toward hotel management. The room was really big and clean, and breakfast was hot. Kenny was the best, and the staff were welcoming. Thank you!

The room on the sixth floor looked recently renovated and was very nice, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nicely done but so small you had to step inside before you could close the door. Service was good, and someone made a great cup of coffee, though I didn’t get their name. The location worked for us because we were going to a funeral at a nearby church. There’s no parking onsite, so be ready to pay for the deck behind the hotel. It was $18 for one night. The TV streaming kept cutting in and out because of an internet problem. Traffic noise and a bar across the street kept us awake most of the night, so even though the room was nice, I wouldn’t stay again. Bring a noise canceling machine if you do.
