The meeting and conference facilities were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I stayed three nights, and the room was spotless and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, and the staff welcomed me and were accommodating from check-in. Definitely recommend for business!

The food team for events was especially good, and Shrone, the head, stood out from the moment I arrived through the last day of the conference. Everyone was courteous, kind, smiling, and extremely helpful. The staff really went the extra mile for guests. The service is the best in Atlanta. You can't go wrong booking this place for an event, conference, or stay. Five stars across the board, no complaints. Book them, you won't regret it!

The employees were great and the hotel looks nice, but the stay didn't feel luxurious. I was here for a conference, and I wouldn't recommend paying a premium for a place with these problems. They're the sort of issues I'd expect at a hotel costing a tenth as much. The cold was biting outside that weekend, but the main lobby never seemed heated. It always felt as if the doors were open, even though they weren't. Water temperature was another major problem. The sink in my room was okay because it had separate hot and cold handles, but the shower stayed scalding until the faucet was nearly off, then turned freezing. I had to keep adjusting it back and forth. It wasn't limited to my room: the ground floor public restroom sinks were always freezing, and other guests commented on them. The mattress was too hard and the pillows too soft. I know that's subjective, but with four pillows on the bed, surely they don't all need to be too soft. Those aren't problems I'd expect from a luxury hotel.

I was here for work, but the staff made the stay feel like a vacation. April was helpful and kind from the moment I arrived. Kalhid was friendly and respectful at the front door, and I enjoyed chatting with him. Malik was a warm concierge and offered lots of help. In the lounge, Eric, Salem, and Timothy kept me well fed and happy with great food and drinks. Housekeeping was amazing, too. Every night I found a full bucket of ice and mint on my pillow. My stay was top notch, so shout out to April, Big Kalhid, young Malik, Salem, Eric, and Timothy.
