Being connected directly to Lenox Mall made shopping and dining easy, and the hotel itself was comfortable from the room to the lobby. My room was clean and well maintained, and the lobby was spotless with festive Christmas decorations that gave it a warm, elegant holiday feel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and their service made me feel taken care of as soon as I arrived. The JW Marriott at Lenox Square brought together comfort, convenience, and good service. Highly recommend it for a visit to the area.

The airport drive took 20-30 minutes. There's no shuttle, and the overnight parking fee was acceptable. Our stay at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead was comfortable, and we'd gladly return. We arrived around midnight and were welcomed professionally. Check-in was smooth. The valet team was especially friendly and organized, and our car was always ready within ten minutes. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Our flight was canceled, so we stayed here and were treated so well. They let us check in early to a great room, and everyone was warm and friendly throughout. Special thanks to Vladimir at the front desk, who was so kind to us. Highly recommend.

Getting here from the airport by train was easy and convenient. I had a wonderful time at the Baldiecon 2025 conference. The staff were so pleasant, and someone greeted me before I even entered the hotel. The ambience was spot on and the room was stunning. I wish I'd worn the bathrobe, lol. The restaurant was nice, and the ballroom and catering were 10 out of 10. Thanks for those Southern Grits!!!

My stay over the conference weekend was nice, but setting up took much longer than it should have. We had to move five pallets of products to the second-floor meeting rooms on hotel carts because the service elevator was broken.
