I could hear traffic from US 13, but it was quiet enough that it didn’t keep me awake. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was on the Eastern Shore for a bicycling event and chose this place because it was only 10 minutes from the ride start, had good reviews and cost more than reasonably. Check-in came with a greeting from the sweetest Shiba Inu, which deserves an extra star. They also have rabbits and chickens you can visit.

Our two labs were just as happy here as we were. The Cape Motel was fantastic, with a clean, comfortable room that was exactly the right size. We’ll definitely return.

We slept well and felt safe at Cape Motel, and the room was comfortable. The main thing that needs attention is cleaning: there were cobwebs in three corners, the floors needed a proper scrub, and the bathroom mirror had been missed. We’ll definitely return, but a deep clean would make a big difference.

We finally got to stay after wanting to visit since the renovation, and had so much fun. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing. We relaxed around a bonfire with some of the other guests. I’d definitely recommend Cape Motel.

We stopped at the motel on our trip from Florida to NJ for a wedding with a set schedule. The rooms were nice for an overnight stay, and the service the next morning was good. It wasn’t the right season for the pool, but I would’ve liked to use it.
