The mini fridge hadn’t been checked after cleaning. It was full of takeout containers, a blackberry container, half a quart of milk, a plate with picked-over caramel, a mostly full ranch dressing bottle, and cubed cheese. We threw it all in the bins by the elevator. We’ve stayed at this Cambria before without anything like this happening. Check-in was quick, though the one staff member wasn’t friendly. We arrived Sunday, when the restaurant is closed, so with our dog we walked to another dog friendly place for dinner. The rooms are nice and comfortable, parking is good, and the coffee shop is a good breakfast option. I’d put this stay at about 3.7 overall.

We traveled with our French bulldog, and the hotel was truly accommodating and welcoming to pets. The staff were helpful, and the whole stay felt comfortable and easy. An on-site Tesla charger was a nice bonus, letting us charge overnight for free. We had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel in downtown Louisville. The design is modern and simple but still feels sophisticated, and the room was impressively quiet after a long travel day. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a calm, well-designed place downtown.

After a day on Bourbon Trail, we accidentally left a box with several bottles of Blantons bourbon on the sidewalk while unpacking the car. Dereck at the front desk found it and kept it safe, even though someone passing by could easily have grabbed it. We were panicked looking for it and so grateful for his kindness and understanding. He was an honest Good Samaritan. We had a wonderful stay at the Cambria in Louisville. The pet policy was easy, we were very comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were amazing. Parking in the garage is limited if you arrive late at night, but we had no trouble finding nearby parking. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Breakfast had plenty of good options, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. The location is great too, just a block or two from Main Street and Whiskey Row. I’d definitely recommend it.
