Reverb by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta

Alton was great getting me checked in, and everyone I met, from the front desk to the bar staff, was warm and welcoming. I stayed one night on the 27th and would absolutely return. The room had a view of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was such a nice vibe. The hotel feels modern, hip, and energetic without being too much. I also loved having Alexa in the room. It was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel special.

For a short city visit, this was an easy, straightforward place to stay. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable with a simple modern look. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff helped when I had a couple of questions. REVERB Downtown Atlanta is well placed for downtown attractions and good restaurants. I could walk around or grab a quick ride without trouble.

The hotel is comfortable, beautiful, and in a great area, and we probably would have stayed here every time if we hadn’t run into so many problems. The biggest issue was being charged for an extra night after I checked out in person. I made sure to check out directly with staff because of all the mix-ups during our stay, yet the extra charge still happened. I’ve contacted them for help and no one has responded. Their nice public replies to complaints look good, but no one ever followed up with me. When we changed rooms, staff said they’d move our mini fridge. It did get moved, but it had been emptied, and all our food and drinks were gone. For over an hour, staff didn’t listen or try to fix it, until we finally reached one helpful manager who eventually gave us a lobby bar credit. Staff even complained about having to deal with our issue in front of us. The front desk also didn’t listen when we called about problems, just as they hadn’t during the stay.

We had a lovely dinner at RT 60, the rooftop bar, with a beautiful view of the city skyline. Jalisia was a fantastic server, attentive and helpful. The hotel is right across from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and a 10-minute walk from State Farm Arena. Having security on the grounds all the time helped me feel safe. My sisters and I stayed one night. Check-in was smooth, with kiosks and staff there to help. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fridge wasn’t working and the bathroom sink was somewhat clogged, but those were small maintenance issues and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
