We loved how David made each morning feel special, with phenomenal breakfasts, a lovely dining view, and so much attention to detail. He's one of the best hosts we've met, and his hospitality felt genuine. The house is beautifully decorated with warm, romantic touches and cozy furnishings, making it a real retreat. It sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Ponce City Market and La Fonda. My wife and I stayed at this charming B&B in September and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Every detail added to the charm, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

The setup is fantastic and a great value. I've stayed twice at Greenwood B&B, in a cute, classic one-story house where the guest side is completely separate from the host and owner's side. It's in Virginia Highlands, my favorite former neighborhood, and makes a great base for exploring intown Atlanta on foot. You'll have or want a car, though, and street parking is easy. The house is clean, comfortable, cute, well lit, and well stocked. The air conditioning works really well and you control it yourself. Breakfast is included and apparently delicious, though I always have plans. David stays low profile but is on site, available, and responsive.

David clearly keeps the property in good shape, and we'd easily recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta. My fiancee and I had a lovely stay at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. Our suite was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of outlets, blackout blinds, and a smart thermostat. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of local attractions, including a nice walking path. We'd happily stay here again.

The little breakfast nook was a great place to eat, play games, or just watch people walk along the quiet neighborhood streets. David was really accommodating and made excellent breakfast each morning. The bedroom and living area were comfortable, ideal for a weekend or weeknight getaway. Greenwood B&B is in a peaceful neighborhood near the Beltline and Ponce City Market, with parks, shops, and botanical gardens close enough to walk to. We'd definitely recommend it for a quiet escape.

Greenwood B&B sits in Atlanta's historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood, close to Ponce City Market, restaurants, and grocery stores. David is a gracious, thoughtful, humble host who can make an awesome breakfast and help you find your way around the neighborhood.
