What a great find. The check-in and checkout were easy, and I’ll definitely come back. The room was adorable and very clean. I liked having an Nespresso in the room, and the onsite coffee shop is cute too. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all close enough to walk to. One thing to keep in mind: some rooms have an outside light that shines in. I could see it from my room, though it didn’t bother me. If that would be a problem for you, call and ask which rooms don’t have the light outside the door.

I’ll be staying here whenever I’m on the east coast. It’s a hidden gem, with an incredible location: a short three-block walk to the beach and an easy stroll to Old Town’s restaurants and shops. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the coffee was delicious, and the shower was hot. The bath products were to die for, and Madison at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. For us old-timers, the hotel also brings back memories of childhood trips.

This will be my only place to stay when I come back to Jacksonville. It’s much nicer than the corporate places right on the beachfront. The beach is a quick walk away, parking is easy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s also a lovely little coffee shop right at the front.

I’ve been coming here for about a decade, and it just keeps getting better. The design feels made for me, and the beds are the best quality. It has the charm of a boutique hotel with the service of an elite one. Easily my favorite place on the east coast, and I recommend it every time, 20/10.

I came for a weekend away from my hometown on my own, and felt incredibly safe at Hotel Palms. The staff were kind and friendly, and the coffee is kickass. A wonderful stay, and I’ll absolutely be back.
