The room was stunning and clean, and the staff were polite, helpful, and great. I didn't win anything, unfortunately, but I still had a good time. Some questionable people could get into places they shouldn't, yet I never felt unsafe. I know not every room has been updated.

Inside Hard Rock Atlantic City, I felt secure and welcome, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. The place has lively energy and plenty to enjoy, making it a fun choice if service and atmosphere matter to you. Some parts of the property could use TLC, and the rooms are showing their age and could use a refresh, though they had what I needed to be comfortable. The surrounding area didn't seem the best or always the safest.

Hard Rock is still a good place, though it used to be better. Right now Ocean is much better on every level. The check-in setup is a big part of my frustration. Why put the desks by the front doors when only about 5% of hotel guests arrive that way? Most people park in the garage, then have to walk roughly 1,000 feet and go down two or three levels, passing the room elevators, to reach the front doors and check in. Then you walk back halfway toward the garage. It's a horrible arrangement. Ocean doesn't make you do anything like that.

The location worked well, just a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was on another level. I've never booked a room here before, but I've heard great things, so I'm giving it five stars. Loved it!
