The staff were friendly and the location was good, which made the state of the room all the more disappointing. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong mold smell, and we found bugs in the drawers. The poor upkeep and lack of a thorough cleaning mean I wouldn't come back.

We paid $150, plus a $10 dog fee. Given how tired we were, it felt worth it. Breakfast had a lot to choose from: sausage and gravy biscuits, waffles with sprinkles and whipped cream, eggs, sausage links, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, toast, juice, and coffee. The room was quiet, with room darkening curtains that helped us sleep in despite the traffic. There was a large TV and a fridge. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked brand new. The towels were fluffy and really white, and the shower had strong water pressure.

We were promised two queen beds but got doubles instead. When we asked to switch rooms, they said none were available, though other people in our group had problems and were given different rooms. The place was dirty and run down, the air conditioners didn't work, hot water ran out after two showers, and the towels were thin and flimsy. This place should be called the Bates Motel.

There were bed bugs all over the place. When I told the front desk, they offered another room, which I turned down. They did refund my rooms, but nobody apologized and they acted as if it was no big deal. It's cheap for a reason. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not stay here!
