I've stayed here three times in the last six months for business, and it's been consistently pleasant each visit. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are among the cleanest I've experienced. Beds are reasonably comfortable, and I appreciate little touches like the towels folded into cute shapes. The breakfast attendant deserves a special mention for being so friendly and attentive. The location gives easy access to the mall and restaurants, mostly the usual chains. This is the only hotel in the area I'll use.

June and SUSMITA were amazing when I was panicking before my wedding. The previous hotel had canceled both my room and my guests' rooms on the Thursday before the wedding, which was that passed Halloween. I was hurt, crying, and calling all around Auburn Hills to find somewhere with rooms. One of my bridesmaids called this hotel and spoke with June. June was kind and polite, told her, “I got you guys,” and then came through: she found rooms and discounted the prices. Her key behind her was also nothing but great and beautiful. They let us use the lounge for our rehearsal dinner, and we cleaned up afterward. The staff were kind and showed real hospitality. June hugged me while I was crying hard and promised she'd make sure everything was all right. I trusted her. She was opening and understanding, and she deserves a raise. The hotel was beautiful and cozy, communication was on point, and everything went smoothly. I stayed two hours away, but if I come back to the area, I'll definitely stay here because they made me feel at home. I will always recommend it. If corporate reads this, please recognize these ladies as employees of the year. They deserve it.

After the Hampton Inn down the road sent us away because of our service dogs, my wife and I, both Diabled Veterans, needed another place while visiting family. Sush at the front desk was calm, personable, and very empathetic about the situation. The hotel had everything we wanted and needed, the rooms and facilities were clean, and the place respects ADA rules. We highly recommend it and will return when visiting family again.

The shower had great pressure, and the staff were friendly. I also liked the little touches from housekeeping, with towels folded into hearts and stickers left around the room. I didn’t get much use out of the kitchen since I was traveling solo, but it was nice to have. There was noise from the guests upstairs on my second night. I felt the staff did what they could to help, and I’d stay here again.
