Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn

There were five of us, four adults and a baby, and this was the best hotel we've stayed at. The room had two king beds, with one in its own separate room, plus a full-size fridge and a broiler oven. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. My only complaint was that the tub didn't have a nonslip mat. We'll stay here next time we're in the PNW.

That late checkout and the extra bath towels made our last morning much less rushed before the drive home. We were in town for our son's basketball tournament and the staff were so welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel seemed well cared for. The pool being open 24 hours for adults, and until 10 p.m. for kids, was a nice touch. Breakfast was complimentary and had lots to choose from, including rice bowls, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, donuts, coffee, and fresh fruit. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

I've been here every week for work for about four months now, and I love the place. Happy hour has beer, wine, and an appetizer, and the woman who runs it is always cheerful, kind, and great at what she does. Thanks, Best Western.

My family and I usually like staying here. The staff are friendly, and breakfast has a lot of good options. But this time, when we asked the front desk for a nonslip bath mat, they said they had nothing for us. The tub was so slippery, with no grab bars or anything to hold on to, that I had a full anxiety attack. Bathrooms should have mats and grab bars so people don't fall. It was hot in our room, so I also asked if they could check for a small fan. They didn't seem interested in looking. We ended up opening the window, but traffic from the nearby freeway was really loud.
